• *Paying for priority shipping will not decrease the production time. This makes the post office get to you faster once shipped, but does not have an affect on our production.
• *Names are printed in order from left the right, top to bottom. If you want names on specific marshmallows (EX: Dakota highest, Easton right lowest) please let me know. I cannot change the location of marshmallows.
• *Messages/Family Names/Etc will be printed how you type them - Please keep this in mind.
• *Engravings are brown and cannot be painted

• This is natural wood. Colors, wood grains, and overall appearance will vary. Item may smell like burned wood from being enclosed during shipping, but will reside after airing out.
• The darker the color the harder it is to see the engrave.
• I change photos on this listing periodically to showcase the colors as accurately as possible, as well as the different designs to expect based on amount of family members. If you do not want your ornament to be photographed feel free to let me know so I can ensure it is not.

Items are shipped from the US and USPS or UPS tracking will be provided.
Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped and Priority Mail is typically 1-3 business days. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please message me prior to ordering.
*Once shipped I have no control over the delivery times and some times are taking longer then expected. I am only responsible for shipping on or before the deadline. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED. Refunds will not be issued for late packages. Most packages are arriving late.
*Please make sure to triple check your address when purchasing. If something is incorrect with the address listed and the item is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charge and no refunds will be issued.
