Processing times may change throughout the holiday season. Our turnaround time for engraving your personalized item is 3-5 days.

Items are shipped from the US and USPS or FedEx tracking will be provided.
Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped and Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please message me prior to ordering.
*Once shipped I have no control over the delivery times and some times are taking longer than expected. I am only responsible for shipping on or before the deadline. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED. Refunds will not be issued for late packages. Most packages are arriving late.
*Please make sure to triple check your address when purchasing. If something is incorrect with the address listed and the item is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charge and no refunds will be issued.
