This is natural wood. Colors, wood grains, and overall appearance will vary. They are also fully laser cut meaning you may smell burned wood. If you’re sensitive to smells, we recommend letting the product air out for a few days after being trapped in shipping packaging.

*SELECTING UPGRADED SHIPPING DOES NOT CHANGE PROCESSING TIME. This only changes the amount of time it takes to get to you once USPS receives it. If you need something expedited please purchase the rush listing in my shop.
Processing times may change throughout the holiday season.  

Items are shipped from the US and USPS or FedEx tracking will be provided.
Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped and Priority Mail is usually 1-3 business days. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please message me prior to ordering.
*Once shipped I have no control over the delivery times and some times are taking longer than expected. I am only responsible for shipping on or before the deadline. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED. Refunds will not be issued for late packages. Most packages are arriving late.
*Please make sure to triple check your address when purchasing. If something is incorrect with the address listed and the item is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charge and no refunds will be issued.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS:

All sales are final. If something is incorrect or wrong with the order, please let me know within 1 week of arrival. Picture proof will be required. Item return may be required. If your order is damaged by USPS, please keep all packaging in order to file a claim.
