DOES NOT COME WITH HANGING HARDWARE for the wall. We recommend something like a command strip or strong double sided tape to hang. If you do want a sawtooth hanger, just let me know and we can attach one for you.
S hooks for hanging on a crate are an option in the drop down menu. S Hooks are 1 inch and brushed stainless steal. If you're a repeat customer, please note these have changed from our bigger black hooks as those are no longer available from our supplier. I am happy to include an extra set if needed for them to match your previous order! Just let me know in the notes box.

This product is made to order and completely customized to your individual needs.
Each bone is stained or painted with your color choice.
The bone is laser cut and is roughly 1/4 inch. Please note that our wood has recently changed to maple (due to Baltic Birch being hard to source), which can be lighter in weight and the grain is different.
The name is 1/8 inch.

*Please do not request long sayings or multiple names. This may make the words small, fragile and may not be able to cut and attach depending on length. If your request is too long, I may request that you either purchase a second bone or cancel as it is very important to me to send out quality items and I cannot complete requests that compromise quality. Feel free to ask prior to purchase! I will let you know if there may be a sizing issue so we can decide together to ensure you receive a quality item!

NOTE:
This is natural wood. Colors, wood grains, and overall appearance may vary. They are also fully laser cut meaning you may smell burned wood. If you’re sensitive to smells, we recommend letting the product air out for a few days after being trapped in shipping packaging. Not made for outdoor use. We do not recommend placing bones on the front of your dogs water/food bowl container where the dog or water could come in contact as pieces could be snagged by the dog or their collar and become fragile overtime.

Items are shipped from the US and USPS or FedEx tracking will be provided.
Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped and Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please message me prior to ordering.

*Once shipped I have no control over the delivery times and some times are taking longer then expected. I am only responsible for shipping on or before the deadline. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED. Refunds will not be issued for late packages. Most packages are arriving late.

*Please make sure to triple check your address when purchasing. If something is incorrect with the address listed and the item is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charge and no refunds will be issued.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS:

All sales are final. If something is incorrect or wrong with the order, please let me know within 1 week of arrival. Picture proof will be required. Item return may be required. If your order is damaged by USPS, please keep all packaging in order to file a claim.
