This ornament is the perfect way to remember those you love most this Christmas season! It is beautifully designed to allow for up to 25 names to include those you cherish most.

It is laser cut and engraved.

*Names are printed in order from left the right straight down the line.
*twine will typically be used as default if you do not specify which ribbon/twine you want as I do not always have the opportunity to message each customer
*Messages/Family Names/Etc will be printed how you type them - Please keep this in mind.
*Ornaments will come in a clear cellophane bag with a decorative holiday backer (shown in last photo). If you're ordering multiple and do not want a decorative backer for each just let me know!

Please include the names in the personalization box. Please add if any of those names need wings next to them or paw prints (cat or dog). Mock ups can be sent upon request. Please reply within 24 hours!

NOTE:
This is natural wood. Colors, wood grains, and overall appearance will vary. Item may smell like burned wood from being enclosed during shipping, but will reside after airing out.
The darker the color the harder it is to see the engrave.
I change photos on this listing periodically to showcase the colors as accurately as possible, as well as the different designs to expect based on amount of family members. If you do not want your ornament to be photographed feel free to let me know so I can ensure it is not.

Items are shipped from the US and USPS or FedEx tracking will be provided.
Shipping within the US typically takes about 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped and Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. Priority Express is 1-2 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please message me prior to ordering.
*Once shipped I have no control over the delivery times and some times are taking longer then expected. I am only responsible for shipping on or before the deadline. DELIVERY TIME IS NOT GUARANTEED. Refunds will not be issued for late packages. Most packages are arriving late.
*Please make sure to triple check your address when purchasing. If something is incorrect with the address listed and the item is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charge and no refunds will be issued.


EXCHANGES / REFUNDS:

All sales are final. If something is incorrect or wrong with the order, please let me know within 1 week of arrival. Picture proof will be required. Item return may be required. If your order is damaged by USPS, please keep all packaging in order to file a claim.
