Thank you for supporting a handmade small business. Every item is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

All items are made to order

Processing Time

Processing time is listed on each product page.

Please note: Selecting upgraded shipping only changes the transit speed after your item ships. It does not reduce processing time.

If you need your order sooner, please purchase the Rush Order listing or message me before ordering.

Orders ship from the United States via USPS or FedEx

Shipping & Delivery

Tracking is provided for every order.

Estimated transit times once shipped:

Standard: 2–5 business days

Priority: 1–3 business days

Priority Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delays are outside of my control and are not eligible for refunds.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees. No refunds will be issued.

All personalized items are made exactly as submitted.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Please review spelling, names, and details carefully before completing checkout.

Because each item is custom-made:

Orders cannot be changed after production begins

Custom items are non-refundable

If you have a special color request or design idea, please message me before ordering. I offer many colors not shown in the listing photos.

Each item is made from real wood.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Color, grain, and engraving depth will naturally vary.

Your ornament may have a light “burned wood” scent from the engraving process. This will fade after airing out.

Darker stain colors may reduce engraving contrast.

These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

All sales are final.

Returns, Exchanges & Damage

If your item arrives incorrect or damaged:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery

Include clear photo proof

Keep all packaging in case a carrier claim is required

If damage occurs during shipping, the carrier may require photos and original packaging to process a claim.
