Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, 4G Design Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors caused by USPS, UPS, or other delivery providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
